Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information (if available).

We offer a 5-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
